The countdown to Pinkpop 2026 has officially begun. From June 19th to 21st, the area of Megaland Landgraaf will return to transform itself into the beating heart of European music, hosting the 55th edition of the historic Dutch festival. The organization has confirmed a line-up that winks both at the historic rock audience and at the new generations.
Three headliners for three generations
Opening the festival on Friday 19 June will be the Twenty One Pilots. Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun don't bring with them nostalgia, but movement: flowing rhythms, electric visuals, a new language. It is the contemporary part of Pinkpop, the one that looks at the present with the same seriousness with which it honors the past.
Saturday 20 June will have a completely different atmosphere. The arrival of The Cure it's almost a mystical event, a return to those early Eighties in which the band had already understood that melancholy could be luminous. Robert Smith will take the stage like a timeless icon, and the first notes of “Pictures of You” will be enough to remind you why their name has spanned the decades without losing intensity.
On Sunday 21 June, when the sun has already sunk behind the hills, the Foo Fighters. Dave Grohl, who has already left a part of himself on that stage in the past, will return to screaming into the microphone as if every song were the first. Their rock, after all, is a bridge: it speaks to adults who grew up in the 90s and to twenty-somethings who discovered them on streaming, and both know that “Everlong” live is an experience more than a song.
A rich and transversal line-up
Alongside the three headliners, Pinkpop 2026 will offer an extremely varied billboard, with international and Dutch artists. Names already confirmed include Editorsi Franz FerdinandThe IDLES they Sofi Tukkerto which are added leading figures of the pop scene such as Zara Larsson And Teddy Swims.
The complete cast includes dozens of artists such as Yungblud, Wet Leg, The Pretty Reckless, Royel Otis, Alessie Rose, White Lies and others, distributed across multiple stages, with the aim of maintaining the historical identity of the festival: variety, accessibility and a wide representation of contemporary musical languages.

A place, a story, an atmosphere
Since 1970, Pinkpop has grown with its audience. It is not a simple festival, but a place where generations meet without clashing, united by the same reason: music as a shared experience, as an emotional journey, as a collective memory.
In 2026, that story continues. On a lawn that transforms every year, on a stage that has seen legends and discoveries pass by, and in the midst of an audience that can't wait to get lost again – at least for three days – in a sea of sounds.
