The Oasis reunion tour ended with a final hug between Liam and Noel Gallagher on the stage of the stadium in Sao Paulo, Brazil, 41 concerts that entered the history of rock, and for once it is not rhetorical, just as it is not an exaggeration to call it the most successful reunion ever.
From the first concert in Cardiff (Valerio Liundini saw it for us) to the Gallagher Hill in Manchester, from the brothers who go on stage hand in hand to the poznanthe tour represented not only the reconciliation between Liam and Noel, but also a moment of collective joy (with a tragedy, the death of a spectator at Wembley, and the replacement of Bonehead forced to give up a series of treatment dates). In the United Kingdom, the chaos that occurred in ticket sales prompted the government to develop a law (to be approved) banning resale at increased prices.
What will happen now? In recent weeks Liam first made it clear that there will be a tour in 2026 (hopefully in places where they haven't been, like Italy), but then explained that he was hasty. Now at the end of the tour Oasis have released a few words in an official statement, words that refer to future decisions: «There will now be a break for a period of reflection».
