Neil Young announced his first album with the Chrome Hearts, his new band. It is titled “Talkin to the Trees” and will be released on June 13th. It will also include the debut single of Neil Young with the Chrome Hearts, “Big Change”, and will open with “Let's Roll Again”, the song that Loner has previewed in recent days, which is together an exhortation to build ecological cars and an invective against Elon Musk, patron of the Tesla, with the verses that have become now famous that echo the melody of the melody Woody Guthrie's “This Land Is Your Land”: “If you're a Fascist, then get a Tesla/ If It's Electric/ It Doesn'T Matter/ If You're a Democrat, then Taste Your Freedom/ Get Whatever You want, and Taste Your Freedom” (“If you are a fascist, then take a Tesla/ If It is electric/ It doesn't matter/ if you are a democrat, you savor your freedom/ take what you want, and savor your freedom “). In the passage, the Canadian singer -songwriter invites the American car industry to “protect our children” by producing electric vehicles at a rhythm that can compete with that of China, which is “much later – they build clean cars” (“it is hard to send down!”, He adds). In the video clip of the song, Young directly targets Elon Musk with an image entitled “Heil Tesla”, who depicts Musk with a Nazi -style greeting: watch it below.

The attack arrives in a delicate moment for the Musk company, who recorded a drop in sales in the first quarter of the year. To worsen the situation, also the controversial leadership of Musk in the so -called doge, the Department of Government efficiency, which has attracted many controversies.
Personal relationships between the two are far from cordial. Musk, who lived a few years old in Canada as a young man, exploiting maternal citizenship, has never been seen a good eye on Neil Young. The singer -songwriter even fears repercussions on the return to the United States after the European tour, due to his critical positions towards the former Trump president.
“If you speak against Trump or his administration risks being stopped at the border. It happens to the Canadians. I don't know if with the double citizenship it will be different. I will find out soon,” said Young, who is both Canadian and American citizen.
The European tour will begin on June 8 and will end on July 13, while the American dates will start from August 8, with an event scheduled at the Hollywood Bowl on September 15.
Recently, Neil Young shared the first trailer of the new documentary “Coastal”. “With 'Coastal' I wanted to highlight the authenticity, opening and vulnerability of Neil as a person, musician and performer,” Hannah said in a press release. “He is pure and honest as few. He is deeply devoted to his artistic muse, which sometimes has made it difficult to capture the songs, given that we never knew what he would play or what tool he would have chosen. But what we managed to capture is magical, reveals truths, feelings and emotions in these hidden jewels, as well as a close portrait of an artist who sounds with the heart, without any artificiality”.
The documentary is flanked by the album “Coastal: The Soundtrack”, consisting of 11 tracks, which sees Young playing guitars, piano and harmonica. The album is available in vinyl, cd and digital format.
