The fourth edition of the event will take place from August 31st to September 22nd. FLOWS – THE FESTIVAL.
The traveling event will be held in the provinces of Parma, Ferrara and Reggio Emilia and through live music, exhibitions, presentations and conferences, will enhance the beauty of the natural landscape and the culture of the Po river area.
FLOWS – THE FESTIVAL It's a project of FOR Promoter Emilia-Romagnathe regional association that brings together entertainment operators, which organizes it with the support of the Department of Culture and Landscape of the Emilia-Romagna Region.
These are the municipalities involved and the dates:
August 31st and September 1st at SISSA TRECASALI (Parma)
5, 6, 7 and 8 September in BONDENO (Ferrara)
September 13, 14, 15 in BORETTO (Reggio Emilia)
September 20th and 21st in MESOLA (Ferrara)
September 20, 21 and 22 in GORO (Ferrara)
The scheduled events share the goal of promoting the aggregation of citizens in a festive and cultural atmosphere and of raising public awareness on current issues, immersing themselves in the beauty of the landscapes of the Po River.
The festival promotes greater awareness and consideration of environmental resources, encouraging the involvement of citizens in cultural, social and tourist activities in the Po Valley.

Let's discover in detail the events in each municipality
FLOWS – THE FESTIVAL will start on August 31st at the Circolo Nautico of Sissa Trecasali (Parma) on the banks of the Po with the inauguration of the photographic exhibition “A Po” by Richard Varinicurated by the author himself (event starts at 6.00 pm – free entry).
The evening will continue in the Lo Storione area with “Verdi and film music”, the concert of theArturo Toscanini Next Orchestra (concert starts at 9.00 pm – free admission with seats).
On September 1st, always at Area Lo Storione there will be the dawn concert of Manuela Priori and Luca Di Luzio Duo (concert starts at 6.45). At 18.00 instead, at the Circolo Nautico, there will be the opportunity to visit “A Po”, the exhibition of the photographer Riccardo Varini.
