After the success of his latest album – already certified gold – Mace announced the release of the instrumental version of “MAYA” (Island Records / Universal Music Italy), also considered one of the most interesting recording projects of this year and one of the most followed.
It will be available from Friday 5th July in digital format and you can already pre-save it at the following link. Information on how to pre-order it in double vinyl format will arrive soon.
MACE, “MAYA”
This project is born from a deep artistic research and exploration that mixes elements and sounds from all over the world and from distant imaginaries. Mace worked on the instrumentals of each of the 16 tracks in “MAYA” through a creative process that favored collective work with all the voices present on the album.
In fact, for the writing of the instrumental part, Mace gathered 15 of the best Italian instrumentalists in a farmhouse in Tuscany. It is during this stay that most of the sound carpets present in “MAYA“, thanks to the meeting of ideas, intuitions and suggestions of the producer together with his guests.
At the end of everything, Mace he then processed the collected material, enriching it with sound glimpses, strong contrasts and fragments of psychedelia to immerse the listener in an alienating and unreal territory, without ever abandoning his stylistic signature.
MACE, “MAYA”: THE TOUR
This summer Mace will be the protagonist with his dj set in various events around Italy. Below, the dates continuously updated:

Afterwards, Mace will hold his first concert at the Milan Forum The October 18, 2024. It promises to be an experience that will take the viewer on a journey through all of his greatest hits, from “OBE“, “BEYOND” And “MAYA“. Accompanying him will be musicians, visual artists and various guests who will take turns on stage and transport the audience on a multisensory journey.
