This return to the stage was born from the desire of celebrate forty years of “17 Kings”, record that marked an epochal turning point in Italian rock and consecrated the Florentine band on a national and European level.
Published in 1986 as a double album (only in France it was released as a single album) it can be considered the stylistic heart of Litfiba in the 80s, “17 Kings” is the second episode of Trilogy of the victims of power which together with “Disappeared” And “Litfiba 3”, Litfiba wanted to dedicate to the victims of power and which today more than ever touches on explosive, burning topical issues.
“17 Kings”, which with its musical and authorial formula still today expresses a rare strength, capable of crossing generations, it is composed of 16 songs and takes its title from what was supposed to be the title trackthat is to say “17 Kings”, track that was mysteriously not released at the time.
