Bay Festthe number one punk rock festival in Italy, celebrates its tenth anniversary!
Before the actual festival which will be held in August, the celebrations for the tenth anniversary start early with the 'Road To Bay Fest 2025'. The protagonists of the festival preview have been announced: Sunday 29 June 2025 will take the stage Becky Bay Of Bellaria Igea Marina Lagwagon, Mad Caddies And Teenage Bottlerocket.

LAGWAGON
The headliners Lagwagon are one of the seminal bands of the 1990s Southern California punk era. At the time of their 1992 debut with the album 'Duh,' Lagwagon consisted of vocalist Joey Cape, guitarists Chris Flippin and Shawn Dewey, by bassist Jesse Buglione and drummer Derrick Plourde. With this lineup the band recorded 'Trashed' (1994) and 'Hoss' (1995).
Plourde leaves the band shortly after and is replaced by former Rich Kids on LSD drummer Dave Raun. Ex-Posies guitarist Ken Stringfellow replaced Dewey for Lagwagon's next effort, 'Double Plaidinum' (1997), replaced by another ex-Rich Kids member, guitarist Chris Rest, who joined the band to record ' Let's Talk About Feelings' (1998), the band's most beloved album. The latter was followed by 'Let's Talk About Leftlovers' (2000), a compilation of B-sides, outtakes and old and new songs and 'Blaze' (2003). In 2005 the band released two albums, a live one entitled 'Live In A Dive' and 'Resolve'. In 2008 the band returned with 'I Think My Older Brother Used To Listen To Lagwagon', marking their tenth release on Fat Wreck Chords. After six years of waiting, they release 'Hang' (2014) while their latest album 'Railer' dates back to 2019.
Before the Californians Lagwagon there will be the Mad Caddiesan old acquaintance of the Italian public who will present their latest album 'Arrows Room 117', released last March 15th, an album in which there is all their musical blend made of reggae, punk, ska and pop.
Closing the trio of 'Road to Bay Fest 2025' will be the Teenage Bottlerocketa real institution for all lovers of melodic, fast and tight punk. Active for more than 20 years, they have built their typical sound in the wake of sacred monsters such as Ramones and Screeching Weasel.
The preview of Bay Fest 2025 promises to be an excellent warm-up for the usual August appointment with the real festival which in these ten years has seen the best of the world punk rock scene including NOFX, The Offspring, SKA-P, Millencolin and many others.

10 years of BAY FEST
Since 2015, the festival it has established itself as the main gender reference point in Italywas able to attract thousands of fans both from all over Europe and from all over the world.
Bay Fest, born from the collaboration between Hub Music Factory and LP Rock Events, has attracted the interest of the specialized and mainstream press, establishing itself as one of the most important music events in Europe in an exceptional location, the wonderful Beky Bay beach.
Precisely thanks to the combination of the alternative musical proposal and the location by the sea, Bay Fest was able to enrich the area of Bellaria Igea Marina with alternative culture, good music, tourism and lots of fun.
