In recording studios Kubo Studios and in collaboration with the Milanese record label Gekai Music the first edition of the Demo Day.
THE Kubo Studios they are a newly built space and was designed to meet the needs of music industry professionals. They are located near Milan Central Station and are available to both artists Gekai Music that of the external public for rent.
KUBO STUDIOS DEMO DAY
During this first edition of Demo Day60 artists were selected from over 300 applications received in just seven days. In fact, this high number of interested people led to registrations closing just one week after the announcement.
During this day, Gekai Music has made its A&R available to listen to the productions of these 60 selected young talents.
The artists also had the opportunity to present their music in exclusive 15-minute listening sessions. During this quarter of an hour, the A&Rs of Gekai Music they listened to every project and demo, giving ratings and offering their valuable feedback.
The Demo Day in the Kubo Studios it represented an extraordinary opportunity for all the young emerging artists selected, giving them the opportunity to interact directly and in person with professionals in the sector.
