Kanye West Is Facing New Allen Allegations of Sexual Assault in An Amanded Lawsuit Filed by His Forment Assistant.
In June 2024, Lauren Pisciotta – Who Worked As West's Assistant from 2021 to 2023 – Sued the Rapper, Clariming Sexual Harassment, Breach of Contract, and Wrongful termination. Soon After the Lawsuit was Filed, Lawyers for West Called the accusations “Baseless” and Accused Pisciotta of “Blackmail and EXTORTION.”
This week, Over a Year After the Initial Lawsuit, Pisciotta Filed An Amanded Lawsuit That Included New Accusations of Stalking, Sexual Battery, Sex Trafficking, And False Imprisonment.

Among the Allegations in Pisciotta's AMEDED LONWIUIT ARE THAT “ON ONE OCCASION, YE RECRETED TO VAGINALLY PENUED MS. PISCIOTTA WITH HIS Fingers” and That West “ORELLY RAPED HER WITHOUT HER Consent.”
The Lawsuit Also Accuses West of Forcibly Kissing Pisciotta, Grabbing Her by the Throat, and offering “Someone the opportunity to have sex with” piscotta “in Exchange for Allawing Ye to have sex with” that person's significant other.
This isn't the first time pisciotta has amented hended Her Lawsuit: Four Months After Its Initial Filing, She Aided An Allegation That West Drugged and SexUally Assulted Her At A Sean Combs Studio Session.
