American Idol Season 23 Release Date, Schedule
American Idol Season 23 technically premieres on Sunday, March 9, but there was a 30-minute sneak peek after the Oscars on March 2. More episodes will be released each Sunday until the finale.
American Idol Season 23 Judges
This season of American Idol will see Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie on the judges’ panel. Underwood, who won Season 4 of American Idol in 2005, is the first contestant to return as a judge.
“It’s really cool to be on the other side of things,” said Underwood on Good Morning America. “To get to play music and sing is wonderful, and we get to help somebody, or many other people hopefully, achieve that.”
