Among the most promising bands of the current British alternative and post-punk scene, the HotWax they arrive in Milan for the only date in Italy with their HotShock Tour.
The Hastings Trio — defined by Rough Trade as “one of the most exciting new bands to watch in the UK right now” — brings live a mix of rough energy, emotional intensity and stage presence that has put them in the spotlight in recent years.
The group will be the protagonist of a exclusive date at Circolo Magnoliain co-production by Mosho Agency and All Things Live Italy. The appointment is for February 22, 2026.
They are young and ferocious, with an already very clear sonic identity: abrasive riffs, pulsating rhythms, a voice that goes from urgency to emotional scratchiness in a matter of seconds. The live of HotWax it's not just a concert: it's a frontal impact, a shared sweat, an energy that bites from the first to the last minute. The British press has already consecrated them as one of the hottest names on the new alternative scene: zero posturing, only loud truths.

Formed in 2021, the HotWax they move quickly from small clubs to the line-ups of the most relevant British festivals: Reading & Leeds, All Points East, The Great Escape, Victorious Festival. A path also recognized by their openings to bands such as Royal Blood, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes and Soft Play, which projected them towards an increasingly wider audience.
At the same time, the trio also builds a solid presence in Europe, with tours and concerts in cities such as Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels, Warsaw, and participation in non-UK festivals including Trebur Open Air (Germany). Their name circulates more and more often in editorial playlists and in international magazines dedicated to the new generation of alternative music.
With two highly appreciated EPs (A Thousand Times and Invite Me, Kindly) and the debut album Hot Shock (2025), HotWax confirm themselves as one of the most interesting bands to follow in the coming years.
