The new album by will be released on Friday 25th October Vinicio Capossela For Warner Music Italyentitled “Sciusten Feste N.1965“.

The album, recorded between 2020 and 2021, consists of 15 songs, some unreleased, others revisited, rewritten or reinterpreted of holiday standards, and features the participation of some special guests including Marc Ribot, Greg Cohen, Mikey Kenney And Vincent Vasi.

“They are songs that give space to the soul of the party, to the turmoil, to the hugs, to the tears, to the redemptions, to the revolutions, to the rebellions, to the overflows and the trips of the season in which the time of utility is suspended.” the author tells Vinicio Capossela.

The history of the album dates back to 1999, when the singer-songwriter performed for the first time in a “holiday concert”, at the “Fuori Orario” club in Taneto di Gattatico (RE). Since that year he has continued to perform concerts there every December, making it a tradition and creating a community of fans. This story is celebrated, thanks to footage taken at the concerts, in the documentary film “Christmas After Hours“, which will be presented on October 17th at the Teatro Olimpico in Rome on the occasion of the Film Festival.
