Last night the news of the death of Ozzy Osbourne arrived. Although we knew all of his precarious condition, nobody expected that he could happen so early, especially given the farewell concert held a couple of weeks ago. Ozzy had kept him from his throne, but the voice and energy do not seem to be close to shutdown.
Ozzy was not only a god of rock, a living legend, an amazing singer, but it was also one of the most loved artists by the public and, in particular, by colleagues. It is no coincidence that a few hours after his death the list of those who wanted to pay homage to him is already very long, and it will continue.
The Black Sabbath – Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, Bill Ward – have individually published messages of affection for “our brother”. Tony was unable to find the words », while for Bill they arrived in poetic form:« Where will I find you now? In memories, in our silent hugs, in our lost calls, no, you are forever in my heart ». Lighter Geezer, in an almost nostalgic thought: “4 boys from Aston … who would have said it eh? I am happy that we managed to play once again, right in Aston ».
Where Will I Find You Now? In The Memories, Our Unspoken Embraces, Our Missed Phone Calls, No, You're Forever in My Heart. Deepest Condolences to Sharon and All Family Members. Rip sincere regrets to all the fans. Never Goodbye. Thank You Forever. Bill Ward pic.twitter.com/2hsaizfkx2
