Gazelles announces new album Then.
Gazelles is ready to return with a new album, the fifth in his nine-year recording career: Then.
The singer-songwriter has been absent from the record market with an album since 2023, the year he released In with Maciste Dischi and distribution Artist First. From 2024 he switched to Warner Musicmaintaining the link with Macista Discsand participated for the first time in the Sanremo Festival with the song That's all.
After months of live successes and the recent release of the single We don't, Gazelles chose an original announcement to reveal the new recording project. Through a video, we see him running in the mountains, followed by a group of people like a modern life coach. Among suggestive images, the singer-songwriter reflects on the meaning of life with these words:
“I would like to say something about life. Ok, but how do you talk about life? It's as if the flour knows how to talk about the pizza it will become. Or as if a wonderful day could speak of the terrible day it will transform into. I think we are just a moment after another moment. Or like the formless shape of clouds. The one that looks like it's going to rain in five minutes.”
The video ends with an ironic moment: Gazelles he stops, is invited to speak and, turning to those present, exclaims:
“I'm a little tired. I think it's better if we go home. It's better if we go home.”
Despite the announcement, the release date of Then has not yet been revealed. The album will be the first released under Macista Discs/Warner Musicmarking a new chapter in the career of Gazelles.
