A few weeks after his recording return to Italy with Italian nights, RUGGERO returns to the Italian market with a new single. The Argentine-born Italian singer, actor and television face will release the song on Thursday 4 December Feelings.
RUGGERO returns with “Sentimenti”
Thus continues the new artistic course of the artist, who after years spent between sets, successful series and recording projects in South America has decided to put down roots in Italian music too. Feelings arrives in the wake of the discreet response obtained by the previous single, the first step of a path that aims to bring it back permanently to our market.
The song moves on melancholic and light atmospheres, following that suspended emotional line that accompanies the end of a relationship: the desire to mend despite a betrayal, the desire to move forward, the continuous oscillation between what one would like and what is now clear that will not return.
RUGGERO sings – without filters and without superfluous dramatization – the most fragile part of that emotional limbo. The writing bears his signature, that of his brother Leonardo Lemas and the singer-songwriter Mameliwith production entrusted to Luigi Bordi.
An artist in constant transformation
RUGGERO's career is one of those paths that recall how the concept of “multifaceted” is often abused, but in this case more than fitting. The Italian public first knew him as a television face X Factor 4then as an interpreter of the phenomenon series Violet And Soy Lunaand today as part of the cast of the Netflix production Cien years of sunshinewinner at the 2024 Latin Grammys in the “Best Music For Visual Media” category. A high profile international project in which RUGGERO he is the only actor in the cast to also have a singing moment.
Feelings fits precisely into this mosaic of different languages, marking a further step towards a more defined and adult musical identity.
RUGGERO will be among the guests of the Special Festival of La Spezia, scheduled for Sunday 21 December at the Teatro Civico. An event that combines music, dance, singing and theater to enhance the talent of people with disabilities through inclusive and highly emotional performances.
