On October 23rd fifteen Italian artists will meet on the stage ofUnipol Forum Of Assago (ME) for a special solidarity concert, For Peace – Live Against Wars: a charity event aimed at raising public awareness of the urgency of promoting peace and supporting those suffering due to humanitarian emergencies caused by conflicts, because peace is a right for everyone and each of us can make a difference.
For Peace – Live Against Wars it will therefore not only be a concert, but also and above all a cry of unity against violence and indifference.
In short, it is an important testimony of how the music be one universal instrument of solidaritya vehicle for social change and awareness. In fact, it is precisely when we risk becoming accustomed to wars that we must not stop talking about peace and hoping for a better world, based on understanding, dialogue and mutual help.
The proceeds from the event, net of production costs, will be donated to Emergency And Doctors Without Borders for the health response to the emergency in the Gaza Strip. The uses of all the economic resources collected will be reported and communicated in total transparency.
