Another scary day for Fedez who was hospitalized at the Policlinico in Milan for an internal hemorrhage. The rapper himself announced the news on his social media through a series of stories, one of which was on the hospital bed, followed by the caption “I'm like DJ Khaled when he says “another one” but with internal hemorrhages”. In fact, in September 2023 Fedez was hospitalized and operated on for a hemorrhage caused by two ulcers.

In subsequent stories, Fedez thanked the doctors and nurses at the Policlinico who “found the internal bleeding before it was too late,” then shared a story with lyrics from a song he wrote the night before: “You're wrong if you think I've never loved / I would have killed for you but you stopped me / the holes in my stomach that I've made / for all the disgust that I've accumulated.” And finally the cryptic phrase: “It's in these moments that you understand that it's better to lose certain people than to find them.”
