It happened at Ohana, the Pearl Jam festival held over the weekend in Dana Point, California. Fans of the band were able to listen to very rare songs such as The Whale Song And Gremmie Out of ControlLiam Finn, Andrew Watt, Zack Irons, Glen Hansard took to the stage with the group. The line-up of the two-day festival included Devo, Sting, Alanis Morissette, Maren Morris, Jenny Lewis, Turnpike Troubadours, Breeders.
The most surprising moment, however, was during the first encore of Pearl Jam's second concert, when Eddie Vedder brought his daughter Harper on stage. “I realized it's been a while since we've had a strong young lady on stage with us,” the singer said, introducing “my friend Harper.”
Vedder started singing Last Kissthe 1961 piece by Wayne Cochran brought back to success by Pearl Jam in 1999. When it was her daughter's turn, Harper surprisingly sang a different piece, namely The Best Day by Taylor Swift, from Fearless.
