Coachella: Brian May climbs to Benson Boone's stage to play 'Bohemian Rhapsody'

The first evening of Coachella 2025 started with a bang. Surprisingly, Brian May went on stage in the middle of Benson Boone's live to try his hand at an epic version of Bohemian Rhapsody, complete with choristers, 70s lights and pyrotechnic effects.

After the legendary introduction of Piano played by a Boone dressed decidedly in a Mercuryian way, Queen guitarist appeared on stage with his iconic curly white hair. Together they continued the hymn of the Queen, and then also play Boone's hit, Beautiful Things.

Boone at the beginning of the set also announced the release of his second album from the decidedly patriotic Sabor, American Heartcoming out on June 20th.
