10 new international artists are added to the already rich line up of the next edition of C2C Festival to be held in Turin from 30 October to 2 November during the Contemporary Art Week.
We do not make you waste time and we immediately give you the list: Floating Points, Blawan, Billy Woods, Smerz, Maria Somerville, Los Thuthanaka, Barker, Mechatok, Annahstasia, Kelman Duran. It will be the only opportunity this year to see these artists in our country since they are all – excluding Duran, Los Thuthanaka and Mechatok – will play at the C2C Festival exclusively Italian.
Between expected returns such as that of Floating Points and intriguing debuts such as those of Los Thuthanaka and Mechatok, thus goes to outline the festival even if, according to the announcements, other names could be confirmed for Sunday evening. The imposing sound of the Stone Island Stage is also confirmed, one of the most awaited attractions every year.
For the four -day Turin – which will begin on Thursday 30th at the Ogr Torino and then moved to the Lingotto Fiere on Friday and Saturday and return to the Ogr on Sunday evening – 40 thousand people are waiting for in the city from all over the world. The Festival – as announced – will be dedicated with the theme For Atedra Astra To its founder Sergio Ricciardone, who passed away on 11 March. All info are available on the Festival website.
