Universal has won the rights to the pop star's memoir in what appears to have been a competitive auction. In the book, Spears chronicles her journey to stardom from her Mickey Mouse Club days to her much-discussed conservatorship case and court cases against her family.
A book full of revelations about collaborators and ex-boyfriends, from when they took her children away to when she was forced to perform to see them. A story that reveals the predatory nature of those around her. The book has become a best seller, exceeding a million copies in its first week alone. Now the wait is all about finding out who will play Britney.
