Friday 6 June was released Conversations with Giorgio (Bomb records), the new single by Nuvolari Available on all digital platforms.
The song comes later Cursedsingle released last March, and now three and a half years after its first – and last – record project, Slowly.
Conversation with Giorgio It is a dialogue between two friends in which one of the two tries to convince the other – and perhaps himself – to have overcome the end of a relationship without consequences.
It tells of a renewed freedom, of an unwavering autonomy and above all of the time finally found for themselves, among numerous new habits including courses of Muay Thai, books, sports and evenings. But in the refrain and in the continuous postponements of thought the contradiction emerges: the protagonist returns with his mind to a “good lover” that has left his heart in half.
Produced by Golden Yearsthe song was born from the writing of Nuvolari Which takes the shape and tone of a bar conversation, able to lightly tell a complex and recurrent feeling: the swing between the desire for absolute independence and affordable dependence on a person still present in emotional memory.
Musically, Conversation with Giorgio reflects in the arrangements and in the mood the influences of international pop indie, between recent sound references and an intimate but at the same time disenchanted writing, all also thanks to the production – precisely – of Golden Years.
