«Although revival and nostalgia horrify us, we realized that twenty-five years have passed since the beginning of our recording existence. The first novelty for this 2025, which will be full of novelties, is that we will have a festival: in Florence, in Tuscany where our adventure (musical and non-musical) actually began, at the Amphitheater of the Cascine Park, the weekend of June 2nd – says Francesco Bianconi dei BAUSTELLE – Since there are festivals and festivals, I want to tell you to avoid any misunderstandings that: ours will consist of two days of outdoor live shows, with new, emerging artists and bands, guys with whom we feel an affinity, and in which we see the spirit which animated our days in the era of “Illustrated Youth Guide”; there will be live talks and podcasts, there will be vinyl records played from afternoon to sunset; and we will obviously be there too. This festival will be called “El Galactico”, like a potential Mexican taco bar in Los Angeles or like a real one in East Milan».
EL GALACTICO FESTIVAL it will be an immersive experience in the heart of Tuscany – where it all began – two days that will delve deeper into the repertoire of BAUSTELLE and not only that.
This is because in addition to the iconic lineup that will perform together with surprise guests with a unique and unrepeatable lineup for each day, theJune 1st will go on stage at the festival Emma Noldei Neoprimitives, Matteo Bordone & Daniela Collu with a live podcast and finally Pierpaolo De Sanctis (Four Flies Records DJ Set). The June 2 instead the artists present will be Marta Del Grandii Delicates, Stefano Nazzi with a special episode of Live investigations And BASSOLINO for the DJ Set. The schedule was designed to breathe the essence of the group.
THE BAUSTELLE, the iconic group composed of Francesco Bianconi, Claudio Brasini and Rachele Bastreghiin the last twenty-five years they have strongly marked the Italian musical panorama thanks to the unique identity that distinguishes them and the ability to evolve and at the same time always remain faithful to its original sound.
