The Ataraxic void debut with the single “Fall Apart“: A rough and without frills song, an alter bridge alternative wrapped in a dark seattle sound.
In a world obsessed with appearance and the need to leave a mark, the text of “Fall Apart” imposes itself as a modern memento Mori. A raw reminder of our inevitable condition of fragile and fatal beings. The verses tell it: “I'm a Clone of A Clone / Forget About Me and Leave Me Alone / We're Hopeless Anyway / Just Ash Again One DaY. “
The video clip also strengthens this message, immersing the viewer in a very current post-apocalyptic setting, where a lost humanity and at the limit tries to survive the rubble of his past.
With “Fall Apart”, the Ataraxic Void expose the inevitable drama of human transience in no uncertain terms.
