John I love you returns with a new album chapter entitled COYOTE!available from Friday November 14th For Pulp Music/Island Records and already pre-saved on all digital platforms.
For those who don't know this talented singer-songwriter, let's go and discover him together.
Who is Giovanni I love you
Born and raised in the province of Caserta, John I love you is an Italian musician, composer and songwriter.
After his beginnings with the violin and the first high school rock bands, during the pandemic he created his first EP, Don Juans. In 2024 he released his debut album Ultrastrawberry (Pulp Music/Island Records), which led him to perform at the main Italian festivals, including the YOU LOVE ME.
The new project COYOTE! was born from a period of reflection and return to more authentic writing, marking an important evolution in his artistic path.

Giovanni Ti Amo – “COYOTE!”: identity, change and truth
After the singles Change for you And Reptile, John I love you presents COYOTE!a record that explores the boundary between authenticity and complacency, between the need to adapt and the risk of getting lost.
Like the animal from which it takes its name, the coyote, the artist talks about the ability to change shape, survive in different environments, but also the fragility of those who transform themselves to please others.
The result is a profound and vulnerable album, which investigates the balance between belonging and freedom, between the desire to be accepted and the need to remain oneself. An inner journey built on words and sounds that seek the purity of the creative gesture, with a radical return to daily writing: paper, pen and discipline.
In the world of COYOTE!love remains a central theme but changes perspective. It is no longer just the story of a relationship, but becomes an analysis of what remains of oneself in the mirror of the other.
The images broaden, become more universal, and writing seeks a language capable of uniting individual experiences and collective feelings.
A sound suspended between energy and fragility
Musically the album alternates acoustic and distorted moments, moving between rock energy and emotional delicacy.
A balance that recalls the attitude of bands like My Bloody Valentine, Blur And Alex Gand which returns a direct, real sound, as if recorded in a “magical garage”, halfway between dream and reality.
The album was recorded together with Joe Croci And John Squillante. Below is the tracklist:
- To love, to betray
- Before thirst
- Change for you
- The sea
- and its waves
- You are not my guitar
- Reptiles
- Love song
- Comma
- a world in which it is you and me does not exist
