One of the pieces of the 1993 album of the Casino Royale Dainamaita It was titled Jsswho was for Jungle Sound Station. It is therefore right that after Manuel Agnelli is Alioscia Bisceglia dei Casino the second guest of Milan dreamsthe vodcast dedicated to the Milanese study and the musicians who walked around us in the 90s.
Interviewed by Fabrizio Rioda of the Jungle Sound and member of the tribal rhythm, Alioscia recalls that era as a period of musical growth and passing from the underground to a major, from test halls arranged to a real recording studio, a sort of prize for “a boy who was not a great musician or a singer, but who made music thanks to passion and the impact”.
In that study, Aliospia says that at Jungle Sound also worked, “we had the perception of being a community. It was an added value for the quality of life of many people who hit music. We were a family and we were part of one of the most cool places in Italy ».
The employed social center of Garigliano, counterculture, solidarity, music lived as a mission and identity, the lack of approval are just some of the themes touched in the conversation that you find below. “We were all similar and different, in the sense that in the city we were considered the different ones, but we felt united despite the difference in musical genres”.
Alioscia quotes Virgil Abloh (“Everything I did, I did it for that 17 -year -old boy”) and remember when the Jungle Sound was used as a set of a photo shoot with four great Italian stylists in the role of a quartet of arches: Gianni Versace, Valentino, Giorgio Armani, Miuccia Prada.
After the conversations with Agnelli and Alioscia there will be those with Morgan, Ferdinando Masi of the Bluebeaters, Omar Pedrini of Timoria, Cesare Malfatti of La Crus, Pino Scotto, David Moretti dei Karma, members of the tribal rhythm and schism including the late Paolo Benvegnù, but also with those who at the time worked on the radio and in the discography.
