“Cinepanettone” is the new single by Marco V. Dal Farraout on December 22nd on all digital platforms and on the radio.
This project aims to explore the clichés of cinematic Christmas, inspired by the traditions born in Cortina d'Ampezzo (BL) in the 1980s.
Through anecdotes, habits, customs, irony, nostalgia and truth, the author wants to convey the atmosphere of a “postcard Christmas”, an ideal that many dream of but which appears increasingly utopian.
The song features electronic pop sounds that recall the style of the 80s, while maintaining modern influences. The official video clip, visible on YouTube, tells the imaginary story of two boys who meet in Cortina during the Christmas holidays, a meeting that will lead to an unexpected love.
Marka singer-songwriter from Belluno, wanted to create this project to pay homage to Carlo Vanzina, his favorite director, and his beloved Cortina. But above all, he wanted to make a dream come true: acting in a big movie.
In fact, he stated: “It has always been a dream of mine to take part as an actor in a Christmas film; Not having succeeded, I tried to create one myself. It's something I feel a lot about and am proud of.”
