The doc also promises behind-the-scenes and archival footage, including landmark events in John's career like his legendary Troubadour show in the Seventies and when he wrote the classic “Tiny Dancer.” As a Disney+ synopsis puts it, “Elton takes us back in time to recount the extraordinary highs and heartbreaking lows of his early years and how he overcame adversity, abuse and addiction to become the icon he is today.”
