New live appointment for Carmen Consoli: a theater tour will see her engaged starting from October 2025 in various Italian cities. Pre-sales will open on November 20th, at 11.00 am in all usual sales points. For the artist from Catania, live activity is not only a moment of meeting and exchange with the public, but is also an opportunity for experimentation and research. The many suggestions that combine to form his musical identity – popular music, Seventies rock and Nineties indie, songwriting and blues – are composed in compact harmonies, each of which gives a different guise to the musical project that involves her at that moment.
And there are many projects that Carmen has launched in the three years since her last publication: the one in duo with Elvis Costello; the two world tours with which he crossed the two Americas and all of Europe, Terra ca nun senti, a project for which he founded the first Sicilian popular music orchestra and with which he played in wonderful archaeological sites and spaces of great historical value -cultural, bringing the sounds and musical tradition of his land to the world, and the power rock duo tour with Marina Rei on drums; and finally the project on Domenico Modugno and Ignazio Buttitta. The autumn tour, produced and organized by Otr Live, will start on 22 October 2025 from the Colosseo Theater in Turin.

Carmen Consoli's latest studio album, “Volevo fare la rockstar”, was released in 2021. Designed by an apt vintage cover that portrays Carmen with a bow and apron and with a nibbled pen, it is an album that does not aim to provoke or upset, like the first works of the singer-songwriter from Catania, but, in the wake of her “mature” production, seduces slowly, inexorably. And there title track it's one of his best songs of the last ten years.
