After the release of the new album “CALMOCOBRA”, Tananai started the tour “CALMOCOBRA LIVE 2024” in the main Italian sports halls which, after the zero date Jesolo and the success of the double sold out date in Milan, will lead him to travel throughout Italy for an entire month.
On this tour Tananai will give life to his greatest successes and the new releases of “CALMOCOBRA” accompanied by his band, professionals but now also friends and traveling companions: Enrico Wolfgang Leonardo Cavion And Riccardo Onori to the guitars, Daniel Bestonzo on keyboards, Lucio Enrico Fasino to the bottom and Donald Renda to the battery.

The tour fully embraces the spirit of the new album.”CALMOCOBRA”: the stage itself transforms into a street, complete with road signs, traffic lights, sidewalks and even a bench. In other words, everything is the symbol of the path of personal and artistic growth made by the artist over the years, but also a representation of that speed that he wants to abandon to enjoy every single moment. To welcome the public there is a huge central screen represented as an enormous advertising billboard that collapsed to the ground, on which, before the artist enters the scene, the presentation video clip of “CALMOCOBRA” and its meaning in search of oneself.
The protagonist of the live show is the music: a single, large stage, special effects that create surprise but without distracting attention, the sound design managed by two of the greatest Italian sound engineers, Andrea Corsellini and Marco Monforte, already involved in some of the largest Italian musical tours, and the creative direction of Ombra, one of the most sought-after show designers at national and international level.
The songs
The concert opens with two songs from the new album, MUD And BOOSTERwhich is followed by songs that have now entered the artist's repertoire, THOSE LIKE US And BLACK SOY SAUCE who will make the audience go wild from the beginning of the concert with their excited beats, immediately transformed into a romantic atmosphere with the hit POISON. Great ballads and more rhythmic songs follow one another, VANILLA, SPIDERS, LOOK WHAT YOU HAVE DONE, THE BEST YEARS, MARGHERITA PIZZA.
Tananai never slows down, without forgetting its more playful side PASTA, PUNK LOVE HISTORY, RUDENESS, BABY GODDAMNthe latter presented with a new arrangement compared to the original. Tananai he brings all his energy to the stage, moving continuously, interacting with the band, protagonist together with him, descending into the audience in irreverent songs such as THE BEST YEARS, OCCASIONAL SEX and EXAGGERATEDbut also finding more static moments, almost of contemplation, in the more intimate songs such as KOLKATA, MINEFIELD (revisited in medley with THREE QUARTERS) And RADIOHEADwhere the artist sits on the bench, a symbol of the parks of his childhood, when music began to make its way into his life.
During this tour the artist also shows himself to the public in the unprecedented guise of an instrumentalist, embracing the guitar ENTRANCE And NO CONFINE and sitting at the piano in JUNE. The presence of RAVE, ECLIPSEthe song that gave its name to the singer-songwriter's first album, recalls the journey made in the last three years, dotted with songs that made him one of the most loved artists, such as TANGO And ABYSMALamong the last songs to be performed, but there is no shortage of surprises to excite the audience even more.
