Being contemporaries of Bob Dylan it's like being Shakespeare's contemporaries.
How then to describe the bard of Duluth? How to describe a poet laureate, living and still magnificently active? How can we tell someone who talks about us and who has sung at least three generations of us? Sixty years after the release of “Freewheelin” Bob Dylan, for example, how to tell the epic that was beginning, those songs that became universal blood, that touching cover, that tenderness?
Written and performed by the journalist, writer and musician EZIO GUAITAMACCHI, “A Man Called BOB DYLAN” you see DAVIDE VAN DE SFROOSin the new, triple role of musician, actor and painter, step into the shoes of Bob Neuwirthsinger-songwriter friend of Dylan.
While ANDREA MIRO' (musical director of the show) plays the figure of Joan Baez with the talented vocalist BRUNELLA BOSCHETTI to complete the cast.
Captivating stories and tasty anecdotes will alternate with epochal songs “Dylanized” in an acoustic key with historical images projected on a large screen to embellish everything and inspire the public.
In repertoire: Blowin' In The Wind, Just Like A Woman, My Back Pages, All Along The Watchtower, Like A Rolling Stone, Hurricane, The Times They Are A-Changing, Shelter From the Storm, Not Dark Yet
