Who is Franco126? Some biographical notes
Franco126born Federico Bertollini, is a Roman songwriter. One hundred and twenty-six like the steps of the Viale Glorioso staircase in Trastevere, already dear to Sergio Leone and the meeting place of Franco's historic crew.
“Polaroid”, published in 2017, was his debut together with Carl Brave. A real recording sensation that emerged from the web and firmly entered the sales charts, reaching Double Platinum. In October 2018 Franco126 debuted with the single “Frigobar”, contained in the first solo album “Stanza Singola”, released in January 2019. The album, certified Platinum by Fimi, was a success and immediately became a “cult” album for the public and critics. Confirming its solidity is a succession of sold-out concerts in the major Italian super clubs. 2020 marks his return to the scene after having signed numerous hits as an author: “Blue Jeans”, which boasts the collaboration of Calcutta, is the lead single from “Multisala” album released on 23 April 2021 and debuted in first place in the Fimi/GFK charts driven by the third single from “Che senso ha”. In summer 2021 he was the protagonist of the “Multisala Premiere”, twelve dates around Italy to anticipate the first live performances in the arenas in Milan and Rome. Furthermore, his new 4-track EP “Uscire di Scena” was released on January 21, 2022 via Bomba Dischi and Island Records
