“Sanacore Tour 2025” – The tour in the clubs

This year the thirtieth anniversary of the album “Sanacore”, the second in the studio of the Neapolitan band: this tour is the tribute of it.
Considered a cornerstone of their discography, recognized as one of the most important records of an entire artistic generation.
An iconic album that united experimentation and tradition, electronics and acoustic echoes, reggae, dub and popular song.
A revolutionary album with which Almamegretta consolidated their stylistic figure made of dubs, reggae, electronic and pop funk, swimming in the infinite cauldron of popular music in Southern Italy, and Neapolitan more particularly.
A wonderful construct that has imposed them, since the first extended play of 4 songs “Sons of Annibale” (from 1992) as one of the top names in the renewal of Italian music that occurred in the 90s.

Sanacore represented a cornerstone for alternative Italian music, laying the foundations for a path of contamination and innovation that made the Almamegretta among the most influential protagonists of that music scene.
For all this, the first Tenco Targa for the best album in dialect were awarded.
